In our thematic workshops, students will work with an instructor with direct professional experience in the topic they are teaching.
By the end of each workshop series, pariticipants will come away with knowledge of the tools and design philosophy of the topic, plus a project to call their own.
Open to grades 8 through 11.

Introduction to Filmmaking

In this 2-week workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of filmmaking from pre-production, production to post-production, and how to navigate a career in the ever changing landscape of film and media.

In this 6-week workshop, students design a miniature environment in Blender, learning how to model a small scene and prepare it for 3D printing. Students will print their own designs, then assemble and paint the pieces to complete a finished 3D-printed diorama to take home.
