NETWORK MENTORSHIP

SUMMARY

The Young Guns Network is our remote learning and mentorship platform that connects students with creative professionals and alumni from around the world. Through personalized online sessions, students gain insight into real-world creative careers, develop essential skills, and receive tailored support across every stage of their growth. The program is divided into four learning tracks: Explorer, Foundations, Portfolio Development, and University. Each track is designed to meet students where they are and help them move forward with clarity and purpose. Whether discovering new interests or preparing for higher education, students build direction, skill, and confidence through every session.

OVERVIEW

The YG Network was created to bridge the gap between young creatives and professionals working across creative industries. Our online platform connects students with mentors from fields such as film, design, visual arts, and media. These mentors include working professionals and accomplished Young Guns alumni who bring current, real-world experience into every session.

The four-track structure ensures students receive support that aligns with their individual goals. Explorer sessions help students learn about different careers through guided conversation and creative exploration. Foundations sessions build technical and conceptual skills through practical assignments and exercises. Portfolio Development guides students in creating refined, meaningful work for college or program submissions. University sessions support students with application preparation, academic readiness, and insight into campus life and opportunities beyond the classroom.

The program is designed to be flexible, relevant, and deeply engaging. Students meet one-on-one or in small groups to receive direct mentorship, produce real work, and connect to a global creative community. Whether students are just beginning to explore their interests or preparing for their next major milestone, the Network equips them with the guidance, tools, and support to move forward with confidence.
